A key facet of the business for over a decade, our established interests in property have been instrumental to our growth. We manage a growing portfolio of over $170m in property assets.

Our foundations in systems and distribution have naturally extended into a key area of our investments. Our unwavering commitment to becoming a true global, values-driven company is a key factor in our Export arm, which shares the best of New Zealand and beyond across borders.

2.134 hectares of land and a built up area of 6,357 sqm make up this site, which construction began on in April 2022. The facility, which will be the largest foodservice distribution centre in Wellington, will include butchery processing, freezer, chiller, ambient and offices. There is further vacant land to take the facility closer to 8,500sqm
